The Mayor’s Office of Small and Minority Business Advocacy and Development (SMBA&D) announced that they will kick off Small Business Saturday via a citywide shopping tour on Saturday, November 29th, 2025. Mayor Brandon M. Scott and Baltimore Main Streets will also co-host the event.
